Who we are

VHM Capital is an investment advisory company (investment banking boutique) based in Bulgaria. We specialize in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), fundraising, and asset management. Also, through our subsidiary - VHM Project, we have built engineering capacity and deliver project management and engineering services to clients. Thus we enlarge our service portfolio and offer clients a “one-stop shop” solution in the investment process.

We are geography agnostic. We have been building up relations with global institutional investors - venture capital funds, private equity funds, private debt/mezzanine funds, family offices, banks, insurers, endowments, pension funds, fund of funds, sovereign funds, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWI). Our institutional investors' platform has over 7 700+ institutional investors and counting.

Although sector agnostic, throughout the years, we have piled up vast expertise in:
• Real estate – both commercial (retail, office, industrial, logistic, hotels and resorts) and residential; and
• Energy – both conventional (TPP) and renewable energy (solar, wind, hydro, biomass, biogas).
We have also worked on media, the manufacturing industry, agriculture, the financial sector, waste recycling, technology, and startups.
On a case-by-case basis, we can put up a team of external experts with experience and expertise in the needed field.

VHM Capital was established in 2010 by Mr. Vladimir H. Mirchev, Founder and Managing Director. He holds a BS from the Varna University of Economics and has been going through an EMBA with Hult International Business School in London. Mr. Mirchev has achieved numerous certificates – “Analysis in real estate investments and project finance”, “Public private partnership”, “Corporate finance”, “Financial modelling”, “Corporate valuation”, etc.
