Team
Vladimir Hristov Mirchev is the Founder and Managing Director of VHM Capital. He graduated from the University of Economics in Varna Bulgaria. Currently, he has been pursuing an EMBA with Hult International Business School in London.
During his career, Vladimir has earned a lot of certificates in corporate finance, investment banking, corporate valuation, financial modelling, project finance, project management, etc.
Vladimir started VHM Capital back in 2010 and since then the company has been providing investment advisory services in mergers and acquisitions, financing, corporate finance, turnaround management, and strategy to small and mid-size companies.
As a seasoned investment banker, Vladimir has established a professional network among institutional investors on both sides of the Atlantic.
Prior to starting up VHM Capital, Vladimir held the position of Investment Manager at Kalvacha Investment AD, Kazanlak, Bulgaria, where he led a small development team and oversaw the development of a portfolio of renewable energy projects. Before that, Vladimir was an area manager of Regents Property Advisors, Bulgaria, where he was advising commercial real estate projects and transactions. He spent 7 years in the USA working in the hospitality industry in various companies.
Vladimir loves reading finance books, history books, jogging, going to the gym, and playing soccer with his 10-year-old son.
