Investing in VHM Capital's alternative investment schemes in biogas energy power plants

Investment opportunity for investing in biogas cogeneration plants in Bulgaria yielding lucrative, steady and easy to predict high annualized yield on a long period of time up to 20 years with an option to exit prematurely between 5-7 year. In order to facilitate prospect investor’s capital, VHM Capital will set up an investment vehicle (a limited company) which will serve as a pool for raising capital. This investment vehicle will invest in fully acquiring (100%) or partly acquiring (majority/minority) interests in SPV’s (special purpose vehicles) developing biogas projects, also developing and operating biogas investment projects in-house. Equity IRR 15%+.
