Registration of the Bulgarian Biogas Association

After a lot of work that has been done by a team of likeminded individuals, finally we can congratulate ourselves with and announce a court registration of the Bulgarian Biogas Association as from 8th of February, 2017 with Decision №1 of Sofia City Court on file 892/2016 with which the Association has been registered with a registered seat at city of Sofia, Razsadnika district, bl. 31, entr. B, apt.41.
VHM Capital is co-founder of the Association and Mr. Vladimir Mirchev, Managing Director of VHM Capital, also holds the seat of Chairman of the Management Board of the Association.
