Fundraising of EUR 29 million for hi-tech company based in CEE

VHM Capital has been mandated to fundraise EUR 29 million for a hi-tech company in the semiconductor and electronics sector based in CEE. Financing will be used for executing a complex transaction that includes a Management Buyout (MBO), refinancing of outstanding debt, growth capital for CAPEX and working capital for the core business plus CAPEX and Working Capital (WC) for a spin-off project for manufacturing printed circuit boards and CAPEX and WC for a cutting edge technology - manufacturing of graphene.
